You must be over 16 years the festival day to be able to access. If your 16th birthday celebrations are in the same year of the festival but after the date, you can access the festival with the only condition to be accompanied by your legal representative (parent...). Please note some areas of the festival, however, are limited like the VIP area where it is imperative to be more than 18 to enter.
The Electrobeach Festival welcomes 40 000 persons per day on the festivall ground. For the safety of all, some rules must be respected during the event and some objects aren’t allowed in the area. Please take a look on the list below:

What are the allowed objects?

The Electrobeach Festival welcomes nearly 50,000 people a day to the gardens of Lydia. For the safety of all, certain rules must be respected during the event and some objects are not allowed on the site. Refer to the list below to avoid being caught off guard:

Authorized objects

  • Digital and / or disposable camera and camera (non-reflex, non-professional)
  • Selfie boom (MAX 1m unfolded) Beware, if security believes that your selfie pole is dangerous, you will not be able to enter with it.
  • Bum bag, small bag
  • Plastic tarps and blankets to sit on
  • Flags
  • Sunscreen and cosmetics (max 90ml)
  • Sunglasses, hats
  • Cigarettes and sealed lighters
  • Mobile phones and walkie-talkies.
  • Reusable water bottles (must be empty or sealed at the entrance)
  • Sealed Chewing Gum Package
  • Sealed lipstick

Cameras

All cameras and / or video cameras are allowed. Our tip: take the best possible videos and share them on YouTube and other social networks!

Photos and movie recording

During the event, photos and videos will be taken: all visitors implicitly endorse these photos and videos are disseminated, reproduced and exploited.
Every year we do our best to decorate the entire festival grounds so that you are immersed in an unique atmosphere and that you enjoy the special experience that is Electrobeach. This is why we ask you to please respect these ornaments. Anyone who purposely causes injuries to another attendee during the festival will be removed from the grounds!
It is strictly forbidden to distribute flyers or hang posters on the festival grounds (this includes the car parks.) If you want to promote an event, activity, etc. you have the possibility of advertising in Festival brochures or conditionally distribute flyers in the Festival area. Electrobeach has a zero tolerance policy on drugs! Consumption, trading and / or possession of drugs is prohibited on the festival site and GreenBeach. If you must take prescribed medications for health reasons, you must have a valid medical prescription. Possession of specific drugs is permitted only on the basis of this order.

Greenbeach

Tents must be occupied by the number of person it has capacity. If you have a tent for up to 6 people, 6 people must be inside of it.
You must be 18 years old on the day of the festival to go to the camping. If you are under 18 and over 16 years you have to show a certificate authorising you to attend the camping by your legal representative (parents...). An ID will be asked systematically to entry.
GreenBeach will open from Wednesday, July 11th - 10:00, it will close on Sunday, July 15th at 18:00.
There will be no nightly rate. With the camping pass you can stay for the total duration (5 days and 4 nights) or just for one night.
The GreenBeach check-in can be made on :
  • Wednesday, July 11th: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
  • Thursday, July 12th: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
  • Friday, July 13th: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
  • Saturday, July 14th: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
For security reasons, some objects are not allowed on GreenBeach:

  • At the sole discretion of the Event staff: Anything that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd and / or inflict damage to people and property.
GreenBeach counts several food spaces as original Food Trucks. Each of these Food Trucks is strictly selected in order to offer you healthy and varied food options.
To access GreenBeach, you have to exit Port-Barcarès high-way at exit number 13 of the RD83 (same as the festival).
You have the choice between 2 possibilities: make a combined purchase "Festival + GreenBeach" or, if you already have your festival pass, buy GreenBeach access separately, available soon.
NO you should not use a shuttle to get to the festival. The camping is located at a few minutes from the festival area by foot.
GreenBeach is strictly restricted to tents. There is no vehicle access inside the campsite.

You can keep your valuables and / or clothes in a locker. So, you won’t have to worry about them being stolen or lost during the festival. Space at the left-luggage offices have to be purchased, you can book online or directly on the day of the festival. Left-luggage offices are available at the festival and GreenBeach during business hours. They are under surveillance and accessible all the time. Sizes: It is possible to share a locker with 2 or 3 other people. There is room for several coats, sweaters, shoes ... Nevertheless, it is not possible to place objects that are too bulky!
Several teams are entirely dedicated to cleaning and maintaining sanitary conditions 24 hours a day to offer you the best quality of service. Each space has its own team. GreenBeach is installed on natural ground. It is absolutely forbidden to urinate in nature. Anyone who urinates in nature will be expelled immediately from GreenBeach!
GreenBeach is attended by several staff available to answer your questions, the reception area that we provide has many elements of comfort:

To pay in the enclosure of the festival and GreenBeach for the drinks and the food ... you will have to use your Electrobeach wristband. Various manual reloading points are located inside the campsite. You can also pre-load your bracelet before coming to the festival.

Lors du festival

The public entrance is via the avenue du Paquebot des Sables, at the Lydia Parking. Access to the festival grounds may be refused or prohibited at any time. Clothing and/or other (visible) physical characteristics, which explicitly express a political movement or social group, are prohibited.
The following information will allow you to choose the best way for you to come to the festival site.
To avoid congestion and other parking concerns, we strongly advise you to use public transport to get to the festival.

By car


From Barcelona / Perpignan

  • From the A9 motorway, exit Perpignan Nord # 41
  • Follow the direction of Le Barcarès on the RD83
  • Take exit # 13 or # 14 from RD83 to reach Le Lydia.
  • Once in Port-Barcarès, follow the signposted routes to the site and / or car parks.

From Toulouse / Montpellier

  • From the A9 motorway, exit Leucate # 40
  • Follow the direction of Leucate / Le Barcarès on RD627
  • Take exit # 13 from RD83 to reach Lydia.

Many free and paid car parks are available during Electrobeach. You will find answers to your questions on this page and the required information to access them.

By bus

The coach has many qualities: it is an economical mode of transport and renowned for its reliability. It also promotes introductions between passengers and the opportunity to make new friends. Even though you have yet to arrive, you have already exchanged and shared your passion with other people!
Espace Lydia is accessible via various public transport lines of the Perpignan-Mediterranean Agglomeration Community. More info on http://www.sankeo.com. Attention, look carefully at schedules, these lines can take you to the festival but not bring you back after the festival. For this purpose there are the shuttles from the festival which serve many cities.
  • Line 13: TGV station Perpignan> Le Barcarès
  • Line 36: St Laurent de la Salanque> The Barcarès
  • Line 37 "Bus Med": Canet en Roussillon> Le Barcarès

By train

By choosing the train, you make a gesture for the environment while having the free spirit to attend the festival.
The station of Perpignan is served by numerous lines (TGV, TER). It is about 20 minutes by car and 40 minutes by public transport from Espace Lydia. More information and schedules are on: http://www.oui.sncf

Perpignan Airport - South of France

Located north of Perpignan, Perpignan – South of France Airport is 20 km from Port-Barcarès. This airport hosts regular and low cost flights to and from various French and European cities. More information on www.aeroport-perpignan.com.

Girona Airport (Spain)

Located south of Girona, it is 125 km from Port-Barcarès. It hosts many regular lines to various French and European cities. A direct shuttle runs several times a day to Perpignan. More information on www.aena-aeropuertos.es.

Barcelona Airport (Spain)

Located south of Barcelona, it is 220 km from Port-Barcarès. Thanks to the TGV, one of the most important airports in Europe within 2 hours of Port-Barcarès. More information on www.aena-aeropuertos.es.

Access to the festival is possible until 23h. After 23h, you will have to pay a €20 service fee to enter. Access control: if you have an entrance ticket for one day and you leave the festival, you will have to get a new entrance ticket to enter.

During the festival, many stands offer you, within the walls, paid services: refreshments, snacks and merchandising. To pay in the enclosure of the festival and the camp-site for; the drinks, the food, the merchandising ... you will have to use your Electrobeach wristband. Various manual and automatic reloading points will be located within the festival grounds. You can also pre-load your wristband before coming to the festival. WRISTBAND RECHARGING WILL BE IN CASH OR CREDIT CARDS ONLY. BE CAREFUL: there is no ATM on the site. Take precautions before entering the festival grounds.
No, the 3-day Pass does not include camping access. Unless it is mentioned, no access pass to the festival gives access to the camping.

You can keep your valuable belongings and / or clothes in a locker. So, you won’t have to worry about them being stolen or lost during the festival.
Instructions are paid, you can book online or directly on the day of the festival. Instructions are available at the festival and at the campsite during opening hours. They are under surveillance and accessible all the time.
Sizes: it is possible to share a locker with 2 or 3 other people. There is room for several coats, sweaters, shoes ... Nevertheless, it is not possible to place objects that are too bulky! (A normal backpack can be put in a locker, but NOT a mountain / travel backpack)
A festival is an event that always takes place in a friendly atmosphere but where everyone must be active and responsible, because by welcoming nearly 50,000 people a day, together we create unforgettable moments. However, in the excitement, you may lose your papers, your bag, a garment or any other business you care about.
This is why a "Found Objects" stand is installed near the information, located at the entrance of the festival.
Of course, we count on the good will of each festival-goer to deposit, at the counter of the found objects, the objects that he may have found during his stay. You will be able, hopefully, to recover what you may have lost.
The objects recovered every day of the festival will be transmitted the next day at noon to the Barcarès Municipal Police, at the following address: Boulevard du 14 Juillet, 66420 Le Barcarès (next to the Town Hall).
During such an event, it is important to stay hydrated and keep strong to be in the best shape possible in order to fully enjoy the artists.
This is why, the festival Electrobeach puts at your disposal, in the enclosure of the festival, numerous stands to refresh yourself and / or to feed yourself. There are many varied and original offers.
The payment of drink and / or food is done with Electrobeach wristbands only. Various charging points are located within the festival grounds. You can also pre-load your wristband before coming to the festival.
Rates will be communicated to the festival.
The toilets are FREE. They are also cleaned frequently. Please use the toilet! We have planned different cooling spots where you can cool off. It is absolutely forbidden to urinate in public.
Anyone who urinates in public will be expelled immediately from the festival!
For those who come by car, there will be enough space in the car parks. Follow the signs for the car parks (not the GPS!) From exits 12, 13 and 14. We strongly recommend that all users use the official parking areas and NOT park their car in the streets of the neighborhood. The police will severely punish those who are offending on public roads.
To avoid traffic jams, we recommend that you come as soon as possible!

I still have not received my wristband in the mail, what should I do?

No worries, La Poste delivers at its own pace and will not forget you! You will receive your wristband and you will be able to add credits to your account as soon as you have your wristband in your hands. If you have not received it before arriving at the festival, the one that has been sent will be canceled and another will be waiting for you at the entrance of the site.

Change the name on the spot

If you bought your place from a third party, or if this person has given you his place, you will have to fill in the attached letter, and present yourself at the "Solution Desk", on the festival site.
For this, you will need to bring:
  • The letter completed and signed by both parties
  • A photocopy of the Vendor Identity Card
  • A photocopy of the Buyer ID Card

In addition, the person presenting themselves at the "Solution Desk" must be in possession of their own Identity Card.
Note: You will have to pay a € 20 fee to cover the service charge.

I received my wristband, but it is defective


If you receive a faulty wristband, go to the wristbands exchange stand with:
  1. Your printed ticket
  2. Your wristband, with ALL ELEMENTS (chip, wristband, closure system)

If we believe that the damage caused is due to a transport or manufacturing problem, we will replace it free of charge. However, if it turns out that the problem is due to mishandling of yours, you will have to pay €20 for the re-issue of a new wristband.

What happens if I lose my wristband?


If you lose your wristband, head to the wristband exchange zone. You will have to pay a €20 service fee for the issue of a new wristband. Your old wristband will be disabled.

How to position the wristband on my wrist?

You must pay attention:
  • Do not over tighten the wristband
  • Position it on the right wrist
  • The chip is positioned upwards

How can I buy EMF credits?

You can credit your wristband in two ways:
  1. By logging in and registering your wristband on our website where you can fill up your credits online.
  2. You can also buy credits at a Beach Bank (credit buying stations at the festival site and GreenBeach).

We advise you to buy credits before arriving at the festival. You will avoid possible queues and you will enjoy the event as soon as you arrive. Note that all unused credits will be refunded (see conditions).

How can I pay with my wristband?

  1. Scan your wristband on the merchant's reader to start the transaction: the credit balance of your account will be displayed.
  2. Place your order: Each ordered item will be displayed on the reader.
  3. Once your order is complete, the total amount of your transaction will be displayed on the reader.
  4. Check your order. If it is correct, scan your wristband again on the reader to finish and validate the transaction: a series of green lights will appear, indicating that your transaction is successful and completed. Your account will be automatically debited the amount of your order.

I received the envelope with my wristband, but it is missing!

We had to deal with sending many wristbands. Like any human process, an error can occur during the preparation. If a wristband is missing, you can go to the festival wristband exchange area with your e-ticket.
Note: The wristbands are sent as follow-up.
  • If it turns out that you have not received your wristband (s) due to an error on our part, go to the wristband exchange area. A new wristband will be given free on presentation of your ticket (after deactivation of your old wristband).
  • However, if you have not received your €wristband (s) following an error on your part, you will have to pay the sum of 20 € service fee for the issue of the new wristband (your old wristband will, in this case too, disabled).


I did not receive my wristband at home!

There are two reasons why you may not have received your wristband at home:
  • You bought your ticket after June 1st.
  • You have entered an incorrect / incomplete receiving address.
Note: The wristbands are sent as follow-up.
  • If it turns out that you have not received your wristband (s) due to an error on our part, go to the wristband exchange area. A new wristband will be given free on presentation of your ticket (after deactivation of your old wristband).
  • However, if you have not received your wristband (s) following an error on your part, you
will have to pay the sum of €20 service fee for the issue of the new wristband (your old wristband will, in this case too, disabled).

What is cashless payment?

It's the easiest and safest way to buy, pay on the festival site and GreenBeach. So, if you want to eat, buy a drink, merchandising or any other product for sale at Electrobeach, you will have to pay with EMF, the official currency of the festival, which you will have previously acquired via your cashless account and which will be accessible through your RFID wristband.

What if I did not receive my wristband at home?

If you have ordered your wristband and you have not received it, do not worry, you will still be able to access the festival. Simply print your e-ticket and go to the wristband exchange area.
Note: The wristbands are sent as follow-up.
  • If it turns out that you have not received your wristband (s) due to an error on our part, go to the wristband exchange area. A new wristband will be given free on presentation of your ticket (after deactivation of your old wristband).
  • However, if you have not received your wristband (s) following an error on your part, you will have to pay the sum of €20 service fee for the issue of the new wristband (your old wristband will, in this case too, disabled).

How can I transfer money to my wristband?

  1. The day of your arrival: pick up your wristband at the entrance of the festival at the wristbands exchange stand (if you did not receive your wristband before the festival).

  1. Two options for transferring money:
  • Go to the Beach Banks created for this purpose and credit your money on your wristband.
  • Transfer money directly to yourself via the Electrobeach website. Once your wristband is in hand, you must register and create your profile using the number and alphanumeric code of 16 characters on the back of the chip of your wristband.
For those who do not have their wristband before the festival, you can transfer your money now by creating an account via the Electrobeach website or the application and using the barcode numbers on your ticket. If your wristband is sent to you by La Poste, you must wait for the wristband to link it to your account and add credits.

Can I register multiple wristbands in the same account?

Yes. Be aware that when you buy credits, you add money "in" an account, not "in" a wristband - so all wristbands connected to the same account can be debited from this account. It's like buying a house (your account and credits) and giving keys (wristbands) to your friends. All wristbands registered will have access to the pool of your home (and therefore your credits!) Be vigilant!

Can I deactivate a wristband from my account?

Yes. If for any reason you choose to deactivate a wristband from your account, you will not be able to link it to another account. To reactivate it, go to the "Solution Desk" located at the main entrance of the festival. Do not forget to bring the wristband that you have deactivated: we can reactivate it and link it to your account.

Why do I need to create an account and connect my wristband?

The festival team is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. However, if you register your account and you have connected your wristband, we will be able to cancel your wristband if it is lost or stolen and give you one again (for a service fee of €20). By registering your wristband, you will also have access to several features such as acquiring credits online, see the history of your expenses, etc ...

How to link my e-ticket to my account?

Step 1: When you are on your account page, click on the "BeachPass / Wristbands" button located in the header bar. Step 2: Enter the barcode number of your e-ticket. This is the long number under the bar code of your ticket. bip
Step 3: Click the "Add" button. Once your account is created and your e-ticket is connected to it, you are registered! You can now credit your EMF account!

How to link my wristband to my account?

Step 1:When you are on your account page, click on the "BeachPass / Wristbands" button located in the header bar. Step 2:Enter your Security Code - flip the chip out of your wristband. This is the six-digit number on your wristband on the back of the chip. Step 3:Enter your wristband number - flip the chip of your wristband. This is the 16-digit alphanumeric number written on your wristband on the back of the chip. Step 4:Click the "Add" button Once your account is created and your wristband is connected to it, you are registered.

How to create an account before having his wristband?

Step 1: First, go to http://po.st/EMFconnect. Step 2: Confirm your registration. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration by clicking on the "Activate" button. Follow the instructions to complete the activation of your account. You will also have the opportunity to register directly through your Facebook account, it's convenient, fast and it will allow you, during the festival, to share your experience to your friends on Facebook. Once your account is created, you can now link your wristband to your account.

How many credits can I buy?

It depends entirely on you! We will refund any unused credit (subject to a euro refund fee). We suggest you acquire enough credits in advance: you will avoid waiting in lines at the Beach Bank (credit stations) and you will enjoy the festival as much as possible!

How to acquire credits before arriving on the site of the festival?

First of all you have to create an account and connect your wristband. If this is already done, log on to http://po.st/EMFcredit and click on the "Credits" button located in the header bar. You can purchase credits online by paying with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

How to buy credits on the festival website?

You will be able to acquire credits at Beach Banks (credit stations) specifically identified for this purpose, located on the festival site and GreenBeach. These credits will be payable in cash or, with a credit or debit card.

How can I check the balance of my credits?

If you have registered an account and have connected your wristband, you can visit the following address to check your balance: http://po.st/EMFconnect. You can also do it at one of the stations located on the site or by scanning your wristband on the player of any of the merchants located on the festival site.

My Auto-credit did not work. What could be the problem? What should I do?

Auto-credit will work well if your referral transaction worked well: if it did not work, turn off your Auto-credit, then reactivate it and credit funds to your account! If all goes well, this will be your new reference transaction and Auto-credit will work well!

Where can I pay with my credits?

Wherever you can buy products on the festival site and GreenBeach.

What is Auto Credit?

Auto Credit is a useful way to automatically credit your account, so you do not have to worry about re-crediting your account when your balance is almost exhausted.

What happens if I do not use all my credits?

Any unused CREDITS will be refunded as follows:   Refund for credit purchases via IntelliPay The balance of credits acquired online via IntelliPay using a credit or debit card will be automatically refunded directly to this credit or debit card. This refund will be made within fifteen (15) days of the festival. If your bank refuses this refund request (for example because your credit card has expired in the meantime), you will need to complete a form in order to be refunded. (See below, "Registration for a Manual Refund") Refund will be made within fifteen (15) days of the date by which the form must be completed. Registration for a manual refund Festival-goers who have purchased credits using cash or a bank card at the festival site must complete the form below within fourteen (14) days of the end of the festival. This form is available at http://po.st/EMFconnect. You must be registered to complete the form.

What minimum amount should I have on my wristband?

There is no minimum amount.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchases during the event?

How to access with my code for sale?

To access EarlyBirds ticket sales, log in to our website: https://tickets.electrobeach.com (in case of congestion, you can use the following address: http://po.st / EMF2016secours). Once logged in, enter your code (this is your email address) and you will have access to the purchase of seats.

My code does not work

The following error message appears: "Please specify a valid email address". There may be several reasons:
  • You do not have access to the pre-sale (Reminder: only people who bought a place in 2017 with Paylogic or Digitick have access to Phase 1 and only people who have pre-registered have access to Phase 2)
  • You made a mistake while writing your email
  • You are already connected to another computer / browser ...
  • You have started a purchase procedure that you have stopped. In this case you have to wait 20 minutes.

What is the process for purchasing?

Here is the step by step detailed purchase process.
Step 1 - Choice of tickets At this stage, you choose the ticket(s) you want to buy.
Step 2 - Personal Information At this stage, you complete your personal information. Pay attention to fill them in properly, they are very important. To go quicker, you can also fill in this data via Facebook.
Step 3 - Preview Your Order & Delivery At this stage a summary of your order is displayed including all the tickets and products you want to buy. It is also at this stage you will need to provide your personal address to which you will receive your access / wristbands for the festival.
Step 4 - Payment At this stage, you will be able to choose your method of payment. You will then be redirected to the appropriate payment gateway.
Step 5 - Confirmation You will see a summary of your order including the order number, transaction number and the status of your payment (paid, declined ...)
Step 6 - Confirmation Email Once your payment is accepted, you will receive an email to the address you entered in step 2. It will contain all the information related to your order. Do not lose it; it contains data that may be needed for future exchanges with customer support. In this email will be a link to download and customize your eTicket.

There are two types of fees that apply to your order:
Fixed Fees:These are the costs of ticketing services. 2 euros per product plus 3 euros per order.
Variable fees:These are bank charges. They are calculated according to the total amount of the order, as well as according to the means of payment. Example: For an order of 100 to 168 euros (the cost of a ticket for Electrobeach) paid with a credit card, the cost will be 5 to 8 euros.

Is my credit card used to purchase tickets valid on the day of the festival?

No. The process of buying tickets for the festival is independent of the cashless payment system on the day of the festival.

Avoid the resale market!

Unfortunately, you can find tickets for sale outside the legal channels. Malicious people buy a lot of tickets they withdraw from the official market. This is in order to offer them for resale at often exorbitant rates. These practices are intolerable, and you could be the victim. Beware that we cannot stop you from buying them, however you could be the first victim. Indeed, besides the high price that you risk paying, nothing can guarantee the validity of these tickets and your entry could then be refused. Choose the official networks to pay a fair price and have the assurance of enjoying the festival.

When will I receive my tickets?

Once your order has been paid, you will receive a confirmation email from: Paylogic Customer Service customerservice@paylogic.com (check your SPAM box also if you cannot find it). In this email is a link to customize your tickets. By clicking on this link, you will have access to the Paylogic personalization platform in which you will have to fill in: first name, last name, email address, sex and date of birth of the ticket holder. Once you have completed this step, you will be able to download your Electrobeach tickets.

How do I personalize ticket names?

I do not want to receive the wristband at home?

All 3 days access wristbands for the Festival & GreenBeach are sent by mail. It is not possible to choose to pick it up on the day of the festival for people living in France. The 1-day pass will be collected at the entrance of the festival.

How can I get my wristband if I do not receive it at my home?

If you live outside Europe, you will have to go to the trading kiosks before entering the festival with your eTicket and a valid ID. The kiosks are located at the entrances to GreenBeach and the Festival. The kiosks will be available from Wednesday, July 11 at 10:00 am. All persons who have placed an order after 1 June 2018 - 23:59 will have to collect their wristband at the exchange kiosks as well.

Can we sell a ticket?

In accordance with the General Conditions of Sale, the resale of tickets for the Electrobeach festival is prohibited. However, the resale of tickets purchased exclusively through Paylogic is possible from May 1, 2018 to May 31, 2018, exclusively through our website. If you do not follow the name change process, your access to the festival is not guaranteed.
Warning: - If you buy your ticket outside the official system, you will not be able to receive your wristband! - If you buy your ticket after June 1st to a third person, you will not be able to recover your wristband.

I bought a ticket outside the official sales channels, can I access the festival?

Only persons who have changed their name via our online platform between May 1, 2018 and May 31, 2018 are guaranteed access to the festival.
Warning: - If you buy your ticket outside the official system, you will not be able to receive your wristband! - If you buy your ticket after June 1st from a third person, you will not be able to recover your wristband.

How to change your name on the tickets?

Two ways are possible:
  1. You bought your ticket (s) and you received them with the name of the pre-filled buyer. In this case, please contact Paylogic Customer Service at customerservice@paylogic.com.
  2. You have bought and personalized your tickets. Log in between May 1, 2018 and May 31, 2018 on our website and follow the name change procedure.

Can we come with a wristband that is not in our name?

To have guaranteed access to the festival, the wristband must be in your name. In case of a problem, only the identity card of the wristband holder will prevail.
For example, if you lose your wristband and request a new one from the Solution Desk, we will search for you in the database using your identity papers, if you are not the bearer we will not find you, so not your wristband. You will not be able to re-enter the festival and you will also lose the money credited.
Another example, if you reload your wristband and the wristband is not in your name. The original holder of the wristband may request the refund of your unused credits in his bank account or cancel your wristband claiming a loss and recover your credits on a new wristband.

If we come with a ticket that is not in our name, will access be refused?

When exchanging the ticket for the wristband at the Box Office, an identity document is mandatory. If it does not match the name of the ticket holder we will not give you the access wristband to the festival, your access will be refused.

Are the tickets nominative?

Tickets are strictly nominative.

Are the wristbands nominative?

The wristbands are nominative! Be careful, the wristband is also your wallet for the festival. The only way to verify that the wristband is yours is that your identity is well connected with it.

Is it possible to get the tickets refunded?

From their purchase by the customer, the ticket (s) cannot be exchanged or refunded, even if the ticket has not been used. In accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

Never buy a seat or a card through an unofficial network. It is possibly a forgery, or a support canceled. The official networks are: Paylogic, France Ticket
From June 20th, log on to the Electrobeach website and register on the Electrobeach account that will be activated from this date. Then connect your wristband or ticket to your account. Then transfer money to your account using a credit card or PayPal, via the interface of the website or mobile application. If you do not want to create your profile, once on the event site, go to the Beach Bank to transfer money (cash, or credit / debit card). Your wristband or card is ready to be used, have a good Festival!
Creating an Electrobeach account takes two minutes and this will allow you to enjoy all the benefits of cashless payment. You will be able to: - Track the balance of your account by viewing the history of all your expenses. - Secure your RFID wristband in case of loss or theft (under conditions *), another wristband will be reissued and the old one canceled. - Reload money on your account and take full advantage of the event upon your arrival. - Automatically refund the money remaining on your account at the end of the Festival. - Avoid queuing once on the site to reload your wristband.
The Electrobeach team is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands. However, if you customize your Wristband, it will then be possible (under conditions *) to cancel your wristband that are lost or stolen, so that a new wristband will be given to you on the site of the event. If you have not connected your Ticket or Wristband to your EMF account, in case of loss or theft, your wristband cannot be replaced.

* The conditions of replacement of a wristband are mentioned in the section "Terms and Conditions".

If your wristband is sent to you by La Poste, you must wait to have the wristband in your hands to link it to your account and add credits.
  1. Your wristband is ready to use!
There is money left, you have not spent everything? It's YOUR money. So, you can obviously get it back. Here's how:
